International Orders
FragranceOnWeb.com does not currently offer international shipping for several reasons. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Shipping Policies
Shipment deadlines provided by FragranceOnWeb.com guarantees shipment of your package only and cannot guarantee the definite day of delivery during specified times as stipulated by the carrier service guarantee. The FragranceOnWeb.com and UPS delivery guarantee does not apply to packages delayed by weather disruption of the transportation network. Guarantee details are in UPS Terms and Conditions of Service published at UPS.com.
- On UPS orders we can not accept P.O. Box addresses for UPS does not delivery to P.O. Box
- All orders are processed within 24-48 hours from the time you place an order. The day an order is placed is not considered a transit day.
- We are not responsible for delays in the shipment of your order if the billing/shipping information is not correct.
- For security reasons all first time orders will require FragranceonWeb.com to contact the customer via phone or email to confirm the order, so please make sure a valid phone number and email address is provided. The order will be processed and shipped depending on customer approval.
- Please verify your address information before submitting an order. If an order is shipped and an incorrect address is provided, the customer will be charged shipping & handling charges again to re-ship the products.
- Customer is to make arrangements for order on the scheduled delivery day. If for any reason the package is refused or is returned for an incorrect address or UPS makes 3 delivery attempts and the recipient is not available, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees back to our facilities and it will be deducted from the credit owed on the amount of the order.
- Saturday, Sunday and certain holidays are not considered business days. Packages will not be delivered on non-business days.
If your purchase arrived damaged please contact us immediately. Claims must be submitted to our customer service center within three (3) business days. You must keep all contents and packaging for 10 business days. All claims against the common carrier will be made by us. Failure to keep all contents and packaging will result in the non-payment of claim. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after three (3) business days. |

FragranceOnWeb.com strives to satisfy the customer, without you we wouldn't be in business. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, simply use the address below to return the order within 14 days of purchase date and we will promptly process your request and refund your money (less shipping charges) via crediting your credit card.
- If the perfume box is opened you will not be eligible for refund or exchange. We require any returned items to be unused and in their original packaging (include cellophane wrapping). If we end up receiving the perfume back opened and used we will send the perfume back to customer at customer’s cost. We have a “You open it, you buy it” policy.
- All testers or unboxed products can not be returned, so please make an informed and knowledgeable decision before purchasing.
- You must use a traceable carrier in order to return products. Fed Ex, UPS & DHL are known to have tracking on their packages. The customer will be solely responsible for lost merchandise which was returned using other methods.
- In the event that you receive the wrong item because of an error on our part, please contact customer support to arrange return of merchandise.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours. A replacement product will be shipped out once your claim is processed.
